US Dental Care Dentistry opened its branch in Rosinka specifically for the convenience of the Residents of the complex.
We are is the first American dental clinic in Russia that opened its doors to patients in 1994.
We are a family clinic that provides a full range of services not only for adults, but also for young patients. All doctors are American graduates and members of the American Dental Association. PRIVATE LAKE & SANDY BEACH

Imagine a beautiful summer day on the beach with your family and friends. Rosinka has its own lake with a sandy beach. There is also a cafe with cold drinks & coctails and barbeque.

During the swimming season from June throughAugust there is a Lifeguard on the beach.
There are special places for swimming for adults and children.

Two gorgeous fountains are operating, the rainbow is playing in theirs sprays. There is a secluded promenade with bridges, where you can spend time in solitude or go fishing.

OUTDOOR TENNIS COURTS

Today the popularity of extreme sports, such as roller-skating, biking or skateboarding, is growing every day.

Therefore, Rosinka has an equipped skate park, where people who indulge in extreme sports can learn new tricks and perfect their skills.

In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint we offer:
- battary drop off in our Sports Center
- clean plastics, paper and cardboard, glass and metal drop off

Dispose your recyclable waste in the special bins located in the 1st district area by the children's playground and in the 10th district across from the Sports Center.
